Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel and finely dice the shallots. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Wash the sage and pluck it into small pieces.
Roughly chop the nuts and roast them in a pan without fat (be careful - can burn quickly). Add the butter over medium heat and let it melt. Add shallots and sage and fry briefly. Finally add the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes (depending on size). Season everything with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, rinse and return to the saucepan. Now pour the nut butter over it and mix everything well.
Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan shavings (works very well with a peeler).
Tip: If you don`t want to do without meat, it is best to sear approx. 400 g turkey meat and add the meat with the nut butter under the noodles.
