- Cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Fry the onion and minced meat in butter, stirring constantly.
- Add the strained tomatoes and the Herbes de Provence as well.
- When the whole boils, stir in the chopped basil and harissa (or chilli sauce), white wine and vegetable stock.
- After about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and pour over the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan if you like.
