Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • 500 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 handful basil, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 1 tablespoon harissa or chili sauce, hot
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
  • 1 onion (s)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. Fry the onion and minced meat in butter, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the strained tomatoes and the Herbes de Provence as well.
  4. When the whole boils, stir in the chopped basil and harissa (or chilli sauce), white wine and vegetable stock.
  5. After about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and pour over the spaghetti.
  6. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan if you like.
