Ingredients
- 300 g spahetti, (or other noodles)
- 300 g minced beef
- 375 ml broth, (instant beef bouillon or home-cooked)
- 125 ml cream, or Rama Cremefine
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or any other
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh or dried
- Cherry tomato

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
- Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely, wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat vigorously. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add onion and garlic cubes and fry with.
- Deglaze with broth and stir in cream (or cremefine). Add spring onion rings and reduce the sauce to the desired consistency.
- Season to taste with herbs. Mix with the drained pasta and serve.
- If you like, you can add quartered cocktail tomatoes with the spring onions, it brings a little color to the plate and goes very well with the taste!
