Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Clean the spring onions, cut in half lengthways and also cut into thin strips.
  2. Fry the onions in a little hot oil. Deglaze with white wine and water and add the broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add the spring onions and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Put the shrimp in the sauce and stir in the sour cream and processed cheese. Season to taste with lemon juice, coriander, cayenne pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Serve with the pasta as you like.
  5. Tip: Whole wheat pasta also goes very well with this.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
