Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely, wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat vigorously. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add onion and garlic cubes and fry with.
  4. Deglaze with broth and stir in cream (or cremefine). Add spring onion rings and reduce the sauce to the desired consistency.
