- 1 kg minced meat
- 500 g penne
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 400 g Gouda
- 200 g ratin cheese
- 2 cups cream
- 5 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper

- Grate the cheese, chop the garlic and chop the spring onions and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- While the noodles are cooking, sauté the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the cream with the gratin cheese and garlic. Then season to taste with salt, pepper and tomato paste.
