Instructions

  1. Cooking spaghetti.
  2. Chop the spinach, roast the pine nuts, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in the hot oil, add the cream and stock, bring to the boil. Dice the cheese and let it melt in the onion stock. Add the spinach to the sauce, season, mix briefly with the cooked spaghetti and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
