Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in a little oil. Add a pinch of sugar.
  2. Then add the freshly cleaned and chopped vegetables. Add the pasta spice mixture and the remaining spices or herbs as you like - just as you like it. Let everything stew together for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally - add a dash of water if necessary.
