Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti
- 2 onions)
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled
- Spice mixture consisting oregano, basil, thyme etc.
- Herbs (6-herb mixture), TK
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons broth, instant
- 2 teaspoons sour cream
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- some olive oil

- Dice the onions and fry them in a little oil. Add a pinch of sugar.
- Then add the freshly cleaned and chopped vegetables. Add the pasta spice mixture and the remaining spices or herbs as you like - just as you like it. Let everything stew together for about 10 minutes.
- Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally - add a dash of water if necessary.
- Finally add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
- At the same time, cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water.
