Ingredients
- 600 g spahetti
- 350 g chanterelles
- 150 g zucchini, cut into pieces or slices
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon, leveled curry paste
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g Goronzola
- 1 packet bacon, possibly
- Spice (s) your choice

- Sweat the onions over medium heat and add the zucchini. If you want, you can add a pack of bacon, but that`s a matter of taste.
- Clean the chanterelles well and dab them with kitchen towels. Then fry with a little butter and the curry paste, later add spring onions and deglaze with a dash of soy sauce.
- Now turn the heat down a little and let the cheese melt. Now add the milk and let everything simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes. Season to taste at the end and season to taste.
