- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and drain well.
- Brush the mushrooms and then cut them into slices. Cut the wild garlic into strips.
- Dice the onion and sauté in the oil in a pan until translucent, add the mushrooms, season with salt and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti, wild garlic and parmesan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
