Instructions

  1. Remove approx. 50 ml of the milk and mix with the cornstarch and sugar. Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan, crumble the chocolate into it, stir constantly; When the chocolate has melted, add the starch and keep stirring. Bring everything to the boil briefly, then take it off the stove and pour it into a coffee mug.
  2. Also tastes good with a dash of cognac!
