Mix the yoghurt and sugar well, mix for approx. 3 minutes. Now add the eggs, the sunflower oil and the grated lemon zest and stir for about 3 minutes. Now gradually add the flour with the mixed baking powder until the dough is smooth.
Grease a loaf pan as normal and pour in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 170 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
The cake must be golden brown. Poke in between times to see if it`s through.
