Roughly dice the onions, peel and dice the tomatoes. Roast the onions in a little olive oil until golden. Add the minced meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices. Then deglaze with the meat stock and wine and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the potatoes, peach schnitzel, plums and tomatoes and warm through. Season to taste and serve hot.
Instead of potatoes, pre-cooked noodles or boiled rice can also be served as a side dish. If you don`t like peaches, take 1-2 fresh mangoes instead.
