Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onions, peel and dice the tomatoes. Roast the onions in a little olive oil until golden. Add the minced meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices. Then deglaze with the meat stock and wine and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the potatoes, peach schnitzel, plums and tomatoes and warm through. Season to taste and serve hot.
  2. Instead of potatoes, pre-cooked noodles or boiled rice can also be served as a side dish. If you don`t like peaches, take 1-2 fresh mangoes instead.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
