Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 kohlrabi (depends a little on the size)
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • Cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour cream as desired
  • Salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Then pluck into a saucepan with hot oil and fry until browned. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Cut the peeled kohlrabi into sticks, add to the boiling broth and cook for 15-20 minutes. Set with corn starch. If you like, you can also add a cup of sour cream.
  2. Potatoes go well with it.
