Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash the rocket and cut into small pieces. Halve the olives. Cut the chorizo into thin slices. Coarsely grate the parmesan. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Mix a dressing from the olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the cooked pasta with the dressing. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it steep briefly before serving.
