• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon curry powder, I take a heaped
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 4 teaspoon, heaped mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Cut the jacket potatoes into slices. Dice tomatoes, cucumber and onions. Mix everything in a large bowl. Make a marinade from the other ingredients and mix in.
2. A very tasty and refreshing potato salad.
