- 1 kg jacket potato (s)
- 8 cherry tomato (s), quartered
- 2 cucumber (s), diced
- 3 onion (s), diced
- 3 teaspoon, heaped garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon curry powder, I take a heaped
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoon, heaped mayonnaise
