Instructions

  1. Boil the beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite (alternative: stew), drain and then allow to cool.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the marinade by mixing the honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil well and adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the sheep`s cheese and Serrano ham into small pieces and mix with the beans. Add pine nuts and raisins as desired. Mix everything with the marinade.
  4. Serve garnished with parmesan shavings on one large or several small plates.
