Ingredients
- 400 g beans, (French beans, in winter Bobby beans)
- 100 g sheep cheese
- 50 g ham, (Serrano)
- Parmesan, roughly sliced
- Pine nuts
- Raisins
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml olive oil

- Boil the beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite (alternative: stew), drain and then allow to cool.
- In the meantime, prepare the marinade by mixing the honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil well and adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the sheep`s cheese and Serrano ham into small pieces and mix with the beans. Add pine nuts and raisins as desired. Mix everything with the marinade.
- Serve garnished with parmesan shavings on one large or several small plates.
