Mix the cream, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. The Spelulatius biscuits e.g., wrap in aluminum foil and finely chop with a rolling pin. Now add the fine speculoos crumbs to the previously mixed mixture and pour everything into the ice cream machine.
Makes about 2-4 scoops of ice cream.
For decoration you can chop up another cookie and pour the crumbs over the ice cream scoops!
