- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark with milk and vanilla sugar as well as normal sugar or cane sugar. Fold in the cream.
- The speculoos will crumble. The best way to do this is to use a plastic bag and pound it into small pieces.
- Now layer the quark and cream mixture alternately with the mandarins and the speculoos crumbs in glasses. The dessert is Christmassy and fruity.
