  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark with milk and vanilla sugar as well as normal sugar or cane sugar. Fold in the cream.
  2. The speculoos will crumble. The best way to do this is to use a plastic bag and pound it into small pieces.
  3. Now layer the quark and cream mixture alternately with the mandarins and the speculoos crumbs in glasses. The dessert is Christmassy and fruity.
