Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and stir the quark with a whisk until smooth. Put the speculoos in a freezer bag and crush them into crumbs. Add the sugar and 75 g of the speculoos to the quark and stir in well.
  2. Divide half of the quark cream into 4 glasses. Then put the remaining speculoos crumbs on top and finally the remaining quark.
  3. Then decorate with whole speculoos, chocolate sprinkles or fruit.
