Ingredients

• 500 ml water, lukewarm
• 500 g spelled flour, adjust the liquid for other flour
• 1 cube yeast

• 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
• 100 g rains (e.. millet, sunflower seeds, linseed, etc.)
• Fat for the shape

Instructions

1. Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour everything into a greased and floured loaf pan (the dough is relatively runny) and put in the cold (!) Oven.
2. Set the temperature to 200 degrees. The bread is ready after an hour.
