Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form small rolls, sticks or loafs. Place the shaped rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper - do not place too tightly, because the dough will still rise strongly.
Finally, the rolls are sprinkled with the oat flakes, cheese or grains, lightly brushed with water and then baked in the oven for 20 minutes.
