- 250 g quark (curd cheese)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon bread spice mixture
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal, or cheese, or grains

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form small rolls, sticks or loafs. Place the shaped rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper - do not place too tightly, because the dough will still rise strongly.
