Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the oatmeal and salt. Mix the yeast with the honey and a little water until smooth and add to the flour. Mix everything with the dough hook, adding enough buttermilk to make a kneadable dough. Put the dough in a Tupperware penguin bowl until the lid opens, or leave it covered until the volume has doubled. Shape the dough into a roll on a floured surface and cut into 8 equal parts. Grind each piece of dough into a roll and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, do a knock test. Place a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven or sprinkle the dough pieces with water for the crust.
