Stir everything together except for the fat, let the dough rise for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
Grease the pan.
Stir the dough well again.
Put the batter into the pan, tablespoon at a time. (OR: form 4 small balls with wet hands for bread rolls, be careful not to lay them too close, they will run apart).
Bake the cakes (8 pieces) and rolls (4) covered on level 3 of six possible levels in about 20 minutes from the bottom until brown.
Turn the rolls over as desired + also brown the top for 5 - 10 minutes, or take the rolls out + leave to cool on a wire rack, they taste delicious fresh from the pan.
