Whisk margarine, quark and eggs with the electric hand mixer at the highest level
Mix the flour and baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar together in an extra saucepan. Now add the flour mixture to the egg and quark mixture, tablespoon at a time, and a strong dash of mineral water, whisking together at the highest level with the electric hand mixer. The mass must not be liquid, but should tear off the tablespoon tough.
Brush a waffle iron with a little margarine. A maximum of 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle is sufficient. Bake the waffle and serve with a little powdered sugar or maple syrup.
