Wash, peel and cut the fresh fruit depending on the variety.
Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, add the spelled semolina and vanilla sugar and let it swell. If necessary, add a little more sugar or cane sugar. Sprinkle the fruit on the finished pulp and stir in if necessary.
Tips: You can decorate the porridge nicely with fruit and possibly with brown (cane) sugar.
Some like the porridge just sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. This is also a tasty alternative.
