Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and cut finely. Put the two types of flour in a bowl. Add salt, yeast, vinegar and water and knead for about 10 minutes. Finally knead in the wild garlic and the sunflower seeds and cover the dough for a good 30 minutes.
Then knead again briefly and put in a greased, lightly floured loaf pan. Cut into the dough and let rise for another half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and put a small, fireproof bowl with water in the oven. Bake the bread on the middle rack for 55 minutes.
Take out of the oven after baking and let cool for 10 minutes. Then fall out of the mold and let cool down completely.
