Remove from the bowl, knead again and place in an ovenproof container with a lid. Slightly cut into the surface and dust with a little flour. Let rise for another 60 minutes.
The bread is placed in the cold oven and baked for 50 minutes at 180 ° C with the lid closed. Then remove the lid and bake for another 7-10 minutes at 220 ° C. Let the finished bread cool on a wire rack.
