Instructions
- Grease a plate and palette with a neutral vegetable oil.
- Mash the coffee beans and coriander in a mortar, chop the pistachios, grate the orange peel.
- Melt the sugar in a pan, add the remaining ingredients immediately and sauté briefly. Warning: it gets dark quickly!
- Put the mixture on the plate and spread 5 mm thick with the palette, allow to cool.
- Put the brittle in a glass and chop before use.
- Nice with creams, cakes or ice cream.
