Spiced Milk
Instructions
- Heat milk and water in a saucepan on the stove and add honey and cinnamon.
- Peel and finely grate the ginger or chop it into small pieces. Simmer everything together for approx. 1 min.
- Fill into three glasses through a sieve, allow to cool a little and serve with a cinnamon stick.
- Tip:
- If you don`t have fresh ginger, you can also use 1-2 teaspoons of ginger powder.
