Instructions
Peel and finely chop the eggs. Mix well with the quark, sour cream, ajvar, garlic and chives. Add a little salt and pepper and season to taste with Sambal Oelek or Tabasco to the desired heat.
Ideal as a spread, for grilling, fondue, raclette, etc.
