• 250 g quark (curd cheese)
• 100 g sour cream
• 150 g ajvar, mild
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• Sambal Oelek or Tabasco

Instructions

1. Peel and finely chop the eggs. Mix well with the quark, sour cream, ajvar, garlic and chives. Add a little salt and pepper and season to taste with Sambal Oelek or Tabasco to the desired heat.
2. Ideal as a spread, for grilling, fondue, raclette, etc.
