Cut the shallot into small cubes and quarter the tomatoes. Put the oil in a pan and let these two ingredients simmer a little under a little heat.
Season the eggs and the other ingredients with a little salt, pepper and the paprika powder and whisk in a bowl to a homogeneous mass. Now pour this mixture over the tomatoes and shallots in the pan and let set over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Depending on how spicy this scrambled egg should be, it can of course be seasoned or pepped up with chilli or something similar.
