Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and chop very finely. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add onion, garlic, brunch, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and knead well with the dough hook on the hand mixer. Shape the minced meat mixture into 8 meatballs.
  2. Heat vegetable fat in a pan over medium heat. Put the meatballs in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
