Instructions

  1. Finely grate the carrots and place in a bowl. Make a dressing from lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt and olive oil. Dissolve the milk sugar in it (you can also use a little honey as an alternative) and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. Roast the seeds in a pan without fat and sprinkle them over the carrot salad. Sprinkle with a little cress.
