- 4 carrot (s)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar (e.g. wild garlic vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, mixed

- 1 teaspoon sugar (milk sugar)
- Cayenne pepper

- Finely grate the carrots and place in a bowl. Make a dressing from lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt and olive oil. Dissolve the milk sugar in it (you can also use a little honey as an alternative) and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Roast the seeds in a pan without fat and sprinkle them over the carrot salad. Sprinkle with a little cress.
