- 3 carrot (s)
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 spring onion (s)
- sugar
- olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
- Garlic
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- Salt and pepper

- Grate the carrots, add a little salt and pepper and the juice of one lemon.
- Cut the celery into narrow strips. Also add leaves. Cut the spring onions into thin strips. Add sugar to taste. Add olive oil and possibly garlic.
- Season to taste with balsamic vinegar and let it steep a little.
