Ingredients

  • 1 kg smoked pork chops with bones
  • 7 small chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 2 tablespoon oil, thistle
  • 300 ml red wine, dry
  • 6 pepper (s), green, yellow, red
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 bulbs garlic, red
  • 1 tablespoon oil, thistle
  • 0.5 ½ bottle cream, (cooking cream)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker, remove the stalks from the chili peppers and fry them with the smoked ham. Now deglaze with the wine, close the pressure cooker and cook for about 45 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash, clean and cut the bell peppers, peel and dice the onion, as well as the garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic and deglaze with the roasting fountain of the now finished Kassler and add the paprika strips and cook on a low heat for a few minutes with the pot closed.
  3. Detach the smoked pork from the bone, cut into slices and place on the vegetables to keep warm.
  4. We serve parsley potatoes with it.
