First preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower heads and then cut into approx. 2.5 cm thick slices and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Wet evenly with olive oil. You can use a brush for better distribution, but you can also do without it. Sprinkle the grill spice evenly over the cabbage slices.
Bake the cauliflower on the middle rack for about 25-30 minutes.
You can eat the cauliflower steaks as a side dish or as a main course. Optionally you can e.g., offer a yogurt dip.
Tip: It doesn`t necessarily have to be grill spice. A combination of paprika (hot as rose and noble sweet) and / or garlic salt add a great flavor.
