Instructions

  1. Wash, drain and stone the cherries. Fill into a wide-necked bottle. Add the spices and almonds and pour vodka over them. Let the liqueur mature in a dark and moderately warm place for about 4 weeks.
  2. Then pass through a filter. Boil the water with the sugar to a syrup. Stir in the sugar syrup well, then let the cherry liqueur rest for a while.
