Ingredients
- 500 g morello cherries
- 250 grams sugar
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 9 almond (s)
- 5 clove (s)
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 125 ml water
- 1 bottle vodka

- Wash, drain and stone the cherries. Fill into a wide-necked bottle. Add the spices and almonds and pour vodka over them. Let the liqueur mature in a dark and moderately warm place for about 4 weeks.
- Then pass through a filter. Boil the water with the sugar to a syrup. Stir in the sugar syrup well, then let the cherry liqueur rest for a while.
