Bring the milk with the cloves and the vanilla pod to the boil briefly. Remove from heat, remove cloves and vanilla pod, pour into a large mug and melt the chocolate, which has been broken into pieces. Stir in cinnamon and cardamom (dose this carefully!). Add whipped cream to taste and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Tip: If you don`t have a vanilla pod on hand, you can add 1-2 drops of vanilla flavoring to baking oil instead.
