First, the eggs are hard-boiled. Then halve it and take the yolk out of the egg - ideally put in a bowl.
Now add the other ingredients - with the exception of the salt - to the egg yolk and stir to a paste.
This is now evenly distributed over the roll halves and finally the egg white is cut into small slices. These are draped on top and over here you can add a pinch of salt and pepper if necessary.
Delicious snack between meals and you can eat it both cold and warm.
