Wash and clean the spring onions and peppers and cut into slices or cubes. Sauté the onions in 20 g butter, add the paprika and minced meat and stir-fry. Add tomato paste, salt and spices. Fold in 2 eggs and parsley. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Unfold the pastry sheets. Heat 40 g butter and milk. Brush the dough with it. Spread the mince and cheese on top, roll up, place each side in a U-shape in a greased baking dish. Whisk the remaining egg with oil, pour over the two strudel and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
