Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, add salt, cook the pork tongues for about 1.5 hours, remove the skin while it is still hot, cool.
  2. Then cut the tongues lengthways into slices, then crosswise into strips, so that cubes are formed.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, mix with the pieces of tongue. Add salt and vinegar, mix, sprinkle with chopped chives.
